Cottage cheese eclairs rather simple in preparation. The basis can be prepared in advance, and a stuffing - before giving on a table. Such treat very much will please guests.

It is required to you

  • - baking tray;
  • - parchment;
  • For the test:
  • - desi of 50 g;
  • - water of 100 ml;
  • - flour of 60 g;
  • - cocoa 3 tablespoons;
  • - salt 1 pinch;
  • - sugar 1 tablespoon;
  • - egg of 2 pieces;
  • For a stuffing:
  • - cheese skim 200 g;
  • - condensed milk of 4-5 tablespoons;
  • For ornament:
  • - icing sugar;
  • - mint.

Instruction

1. Sift flour with cocoa and mix to uniformity. Cut a desi pieces, put them in a small pan, add water, sugar and salt. Bring mix to the boil, pour out flour and continuously stir mix a wooden scapula before formation of a lump of the test. Then remove from fire and cool.

2. Shake up one egg a fork. When dough cools down, accurately enter into it egg and carefully mix. Then shake up the second egg and also add to dough. It has to turn out not liquid, but not dense.

3. Lay a baking tray parchment. By means of the culinary syringe lay out on a baking tray dough hillocks with a diameter no more than 4 cm. Bake the first 10 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees, then reduce temperature to 180 degrees and bake 20 more minutes. Leave eclairs in an oven before their full cooling.

4. For a stuffing wipe cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with a condensed milk. Fill the cooled-down eclairs with a stuffing by means of the culinary syringe. Give on a table with branches of mint and icing sugar.
