How to prepare fish in an Okhotsk way

Fish in an Okhotsk way is the fish baked with onions and tomatoes under a cheese crust. The dish turns out juicy, very nourishing and not especially high-calorie. It can be given both by a house lunch, and to a holiday table.

It is required to you

  • - fillet of fish - 0.4 kg;
  • - a hard cheese - 100-150 g;
  • - a bulb - 1 piece;
  • - sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • - milk - 200 ml;
  • - eggs - 3 pieces;
  • - tomatoes - 2 pieces;
  • - salt, pepper, seasoning for fish - to taste;
  • - greens for ornament.

Instruction

1. This dish is universal the fact that it is possible to use any grades of fish as salmon, and cheaper, like a pollock, a cod, a catfish, etc. From the chosen fish we cook fillet, we wash its baking plate with cold flowing water and we dry a paper towel. We cut some fillet on flank steaks and we rub with mix of salt and a black pepper from all directions. It is possible to use ready seasonings for fish. We put fillet pieces in a bowl and we put in the fridge for 15-20 minutes that the small fish was pickled. We oil a baking tray vegetable and we spread on it fish.

2. We clean a bulb and we cut thin ringlets, we spread them on fish. We spread the tomatoes cut by very thin circles from above onions. We salt and pepper to taste.

3. We grate cheese on an average grater and evenly we strew with it tomatoes. We beat out eggs in a deep bowl, we add milk, we pour on a pinch of salt and pepper and we shake up a fork or a nimbus to a uniform state. We fill in with the received mix baking sheet contents. Previously we warm an oven to 200 degrees, we remove in it a form and we bake fish within 15-20 minutes. From above the golden crust has to be formed. Slightly we cool a ready-to-eat meal, we shift in plates. On a table we serve the fish strewed with small chopped greens.
