Peanut paste well sates and is long acquired, the feeling of hunger results not so quickly, as after a light breakfast. It isn't obligatory to buy it in supermarket, it is possible to prepare peanut paste in house conditions.

It is required to you

  • 200 g of peanut;
    • 1 tablespoons of icing sugar;
    • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • salt pinch;

Instruction

1. Take 200 grams of peanut, fill it on the dry warmed frying pan. Evenly fry peanuts from all directions. Continuously stir slowly peanut that it didn't burn.

2. Let's the fried peanut cool down a little at the room temperature. Peel nuts from a peel, having rubbed a small amount in palms. Fill the prepared kernels in the blender.

3. Crush peanuts to a small crumb in the blender. At the end of process a small amount of peanut butter can appear.

4. To prepare peanut paste, add a tablespoon of icing sugar, three tablespoons of any vegetable oil and a pinch of salt to a nut crumb. It is ideal if you add peanut butter to paste, then the taste of a ready-made product will turn out more saturated, but also sunflower will quite fit.

5. Again turn on the blender, this time use submersible model. Shake up ingredients until you achieve a uniform pasty consistency.

6. Shift ready peanut paste in a glass jar with a plastic tight cover. You store a product in the fridge on a door or on the shelf with the maximum temperature.

7. At allocation from paste of natural peanut butter, turn to bank upside down that it accumulated below. After you eat all paste, collect oil and use it for preparation of one more portion of a nutritious product.
