It is required to you

  • 5 kg of chicken wings;
    • For sharpness (all together or at choice):
    • 3-4 garlic gloves;
    • 1 pod of chili pepper;
    • 1 tsps of a Chili powder;
    • 1 tsps of a cracked ginger;
    • 1 tablespoons of adjika;
    • 1 tablespoons of mustard;
    • 1 чл. Tabasco sauce.
    • In addition (all together or at choice):
    • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 2-3 tablespoons of honey;
    • 2-3 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce.
    • For sauce:
    • 300 ml of a natural yoghourt;
    • 2 fresh cucumbers;
    • Lime half juice;
    • 3 tablespoons of the cut parsley.

Instruction
