- Cucumbers, salt, water, leaves of horse-radish, currant, cherry, fennel umbrellas, allspice peas, garlic, red bitter pepper pieces.
Instruction
1. For salting it is desirable to take cucumbers of pickling grades. Cucumbers wash, cut off the ends, wet in cold water for 12 hours.
2. After soaking of cucumbers we begin to prepare banks. Wash, sterilize banks. Prepare garlic: clean, large to cut. Garlic it is necessary to take more, without being sorry, to steam of large heads on bank.
3. We put a leaf of horse-radish, a fennel umbrella, a piece of red bitter pepper, allspice on a bottom of a 3-liter jar peas several pieces. It is possible to add bay leaf. We put cucumbers in bank mixed up with garlic, to add some garlic more. From above we put spices on cucumbers again: again fennel umbrella, leaf of currant, leaf of cherry, still piece of red burning pepper.
4. We prepare a brine - we boil water with I will drain, 2 tablespoons on liter, water has to be put too much salt, sugar isn't necessary. Salt has to be a coarse grinding - rock salt. On a 3-liter jar 1.3-1.5 liters of a brine are necessary. We fill in cucumbers with a brine and we leave in the opened jars covered with a gauze for three days.
5. In 3 days we merge a brine through a gauze layer in a pan, we boil it. When boiling from a brine it is necessary to scum. We wash cucumbers with cold water directly in bank, 2-3 times are better, we drain water through a gauze that to lose nothing. We fill in with a hot brine and we close simple plastic covers.
