Tasty crunchy cucumbers can be kept, having preserved in banks. They long won't spoil and will please with taste in the long winter.

  • 1 kg of cucumbers, 1 liter of water, 15 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of salt, 2 garlic gloves, fennel, bell pepper of fragrant, 200 ml of vinegar, one-liter jars, metal covers, seamer, pan.

Instruction

1. Wash up cucumbers and cut off tails. Cut lengthways on 4 parts. Carefully wash out banks and check for existence of chips and cracks. Put dry cups in a cold oven on a lattice a neck down.
