Preparation of home-made fancy bread – labor-intensive process and demanding a lot of time. It is possible therefore pies bake infrequently, but in large quantities – that was enough for both members of household and guests, and not for one day. And before the hostess there is a question: how to store a stock of pies that they didn't harden, didn't grow mouldy and kept the original form and taste.

It is required to you

  • - plastic containers;
  • - plastic bags;
  • - fridge with the freezer.

Instruction

1.  At once remove just baked pie, coulibiac or roll from a baking sheet, lay on a wooden board or a dish and cover with a clean dry towel. Pie has to "have a rest" — then it will be tasty and juicy and will be able longer to be stored. Cut warm fancy bread on pieces and give to a table.

2. Buns, shanezhka and cheesecakes need rest after the furnace too. Don't put them the hill – distribute pies on a dish that they didn't stick together and weren't deformed a baking plate by weight each other.

3. To keep freshness open-faced pie with fruit or berries, fill in it with the sour cream which is shaken up with sugar. Such pie won't dry, besides fermented milk product will favourably emphasize aroma and taste of berries. Let's a sweet sauce be absorbed a little and only after it cut pastries.
