Season paste with vegetable oil, salt to taste and smear on branny bread. Such sandwich can be eaten at dinner with first course, or for breakfast with porridge.

4. For preparation of salad mix 150 grams of boiled rice, 4 tablespoons of germinated wheat, 1 pickled cucumber, 1 paprika cut on small cubes, and 1 garlic glove which is small cut or wiped. Salt and fill a dish with the sauce made from mayonnaise and the vegetable oil taken in equal proportions.

5. For preparation of useful flat cakes miss germinated wheat via the meat grinder, add cold water so much that it was possible to create flat cakes. Bake them in an oven or just dry in a frying pan without oil. Such flat cakes are very nourishing and useful breakfast, especially if to grease them with honey or to strew fresh, small cut, with greens.
