2. For maintenance of health and strengthening of immunity accept wheat oil for a month. A daily dose – on 2 teaspoons a day which are used for half an hour to food. It is impossible to fry on such oil as when heating it loses all useful properties.

3. For treatment of gastritis and an ulcer accept one teaspoon of wheat germ oil a day, in the morning and on an empty stomach. The course of treatment proceeds 1-2 months and is combined with observance by the diet corresponding for these diseases. As prevention of gastritis it is possible to use 1 teaspoon of oil in the evening, after dinner.

4. The children's age and pregnancy aren't contraindications for preventive intake of oil, only doses are adjusted. After 6 years the child can give a half of a teaspoon of structure twice a day. It is necessary to strengthen immunity in the similar way not less than two weeks. The same dose of oil is recommended also to pregnant women to whom the use of oil allows not only to deliver in an organism vitamins, but also to improve work of intestines.
