  • 5 kefirs or curdled milks without sugar (any fermented milk product will approach)

  • 1 egg
  • 5 glasses of flour
  • soda pinch
  • Cinnamon and honey to taste

Instruction

1. Wash, exempt apples from a core, cut with small pieces. Lay out in the oiled form, strew with cinnamon.

2. – to shake up kefir, egg, a protein, soda the mixer, to add flour to consistence of dense sour cream.
