It is required to you

  • For a cake layer:
  • - 8 tablespoons (1 stick) of the unsalted oil kindled
  • - 1/4 glasses of sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon of a vanilla extract
  • - 1/8 teaspoons of salt
  • - 1 glass of flour
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 2 glasses of heavy cream
  • - 2/3 glasses of granulated sugar
  • - Dried peel of 1 lemon (about 1 and 1/2 teaspoons)
  • - 5 tablespoons of lemon juice (approximately from 2 lemons)

Instruction

1. Warm an oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a big bowl carefully mix all ingredients for a cake layer. Quite soft dough will turn out. Lay the turned-out weight in in advance prepared baking dish. Make sure that weight is distributed evenly. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.

3. After the cake layer was cooled bake it within 20 minutes till deep gold color. Later, let's cool down completely.

4. When pie completely cools down, make a stuffing: place cream with sugar in a small pan and heat on average fire to boiling, stirring slowly. Wait for full sugar remelting and add a lemon dried peel and leave to boil within 5 minutes.

5. Remove a pan from fire and add lemon juice. Let's cool down about 15 minutes.

6. Put the cooled pie cake layer on a leaf for pastries and pour out weight, having left about 1/3 distances from a cake layer to a stuffing on each side. Remove ready pie in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Give cold or slightly warm.
