It is required to you

  • – tomatoes fresh average sizes (2-4 kg);
  • – caraway seeds (5 g);
  • – carnation (5-7 pieces);
  • – lavrushka (4-6 pieces);
  • – garlic (2 cloves);
  • – allspice (6 peas);
  • – black pepper (7 peas);
  • – sugar and salt to taste;
  • – essence of acetic 70%.

Instruction

1. Previously take tomatoes, destem and wash out each tomato. Further it is necessary to prepare banks. Choose any way of sterilization. No more than 1 liter is better to take banks.

2. Put the sterilized cups on a table. Put spices in certain proportions in everyone. On a bottom of cans consistently spread 1 g of caraway seeds, one bay leaf, then on garlic glove, 2 peas of pepper and also 1-2 carnations.
