It is required to you
- - 600 g of meat of pork or beef;
- - 1 head of onions;
- - 1 big carrots;
- - broth, 1/2 glasses;
- - water, 1/2 glasses;
- - 1 h starch spoon;
- - 2 tablespoons of dry white wine;
- - 16 pieces of prunes;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - salt, spices, greens - to taste.
1. Largely cut onions and carrots and fry till golden color on vegetable oil. Add meat and fry to a ruddy crust. Pour with onionsand carrotsbroth in the fried meat and extinguish a little.
