  • granulated sugar - 3 kg;
  • drinking water of-250 ml.
  • Stage-by-stage production of jam begins with processing of berries. Fruits of elder clean from leaves and fruit stems, wash out in cold water and allow to dry.
  • Pour out berries in deep ware and fill up with granulated sugar. Leave for some time, the first juice won't appear yet.
  • Mix of berries and sugar put on slow fire, add 250 ml of water and cook within 30 minutes. During this time berries have to become soft. If it didn't happen, duration of cooking is increased up to 50 minutes.

  • the water purified - 300 ml.

  • Connect granulated sugar, honey and water and put on slow fire. When mix begins begin to boil, add to it petals of black elder.

  • the water purified - 800 ml.

  • In parallel prepare a sugar syrup. Add juice of two lemons to ready sweet weight and carefully mix. Leave on slow fire before boiling.
