It is required to you

  • - carrots of 2 pieces;
  • - onion of 2 pieces;
  • - champignons of 300 g;
  • - mincemeat of 300 g;
  • - potatoes of 3 pieces;
  • - tinned corn 3 tablespoons;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - bay leaf;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - sour cream or mayonnaise;
  • - fennel greens.

Instruction

1. Peel carrots and grate. Also you can cut carrots in small cubes. Peel onions from a peel and small cut. Then fry vegetables on the heated vegetable oil till golden color.

2. Slice mushrooms or small pieces. Fry on vegetable oil. Also separately fry mincemeat in a frying pan.

3. Pour into a pan 2 liters of water and bring to the boil. Peel potatoes and cut in small cubes. Then lay out in the boiling water. In 5 minutes add the fried vegetables, mushrooms and forcemeat. You cook soup until ready of potatoes.

4. At the end of preparation salt soup, pepper and add tinned corn and bay leaf.
