If in a cellar there were a lot of small potatoes, and there is no place to put it - it is possible to make very tasty potato pies. Such pies can be made with any stuffing: with meat, eggs, mushrooms and many other.

Ingredients for the test:

  • Potatoes of the average size – 0.5 kg;
  • Egg – 2 pieces;
  • Flour - about ½ glasses;
  • Salt - to taste.

Ingredients for a stuffing:

  • Mincemeat – 300 g;
  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • Garlic - 3 cloves;
  • Fennel – a half of a bunch;
  • Pepper;
  • Salt;
  • Sunflower oil.

Preparation:
