Pies with a potato and mushroom stuffing

Make pies with a potato and mushroom stuffing not so difficult, both the experienced culinary specialist, and a beginner will be able to make it. Expensive products won't be necessary for you for preparation of this dish, but at the same time it will turn out incredibly tasty and appetizing.

It is required to you

  • wheat flour - how many will take dough;
  • 1 glass of water (warm);
  • 220 g of fresh mushrooms (forest best of all will approach);
  • 1 pack of the yeast granulated powder;
  • 200 g of potato tubers;
  • 1 onion of the average size;
  • vegetable oil;
  • the ground black pepper and salt.

Instruction

1. In a deep cup pour in 1 glass of clear water which has to be slightly warm (not more hotly). In it dissolve a little granulated sugar, and then pour the yeast granulated powder. Later in water it is necessary to pour out necessary amount of salt and previously sifted wheat flour.

2. Carefully knead dough. It has to be not liquid and elastic. Roll ready dough in a lump and place in rather warm place. Surely cover with a fabric napkin.

3. Mushrooms need to be cleaned from dirt and to wash out carefully (best of all under flowing water). Then they are cut on pieces of the average size and put in a saucepan in which then pour in the necessary amount of water. Mushrooms should be boiled to full readiness, and then to drain water.

4. From a bulb it is necessary to remove a peel, to carefully wash it and to cut on small cubes, having used a sharp knife. After that they need to be poured out in previously heated frying pan. There it is necessary to shift also the boiled mushrooms. Add the necessary quantity of a black sprinkling pepper and also salt.

5. From potato remove a peel, properly wash it and cut on pieces not of the really big size. Put them in a pan with water. Boil potatoes to full readiness and merge liquid. Then mash it, having made puree.

6. In ready mashed potatoes lay out the prepared onions with mushrooms.

7. In the most thorough way mix everything. Divide dough into approximately equal pieces, dip each of which in a sifted flour and roll. Ideally at you the circle has to turn out. On a seredka put the necessary quantity of a stuffing and you zashchipnit edges.

8. Ready pies should be fried in the heated frying pan with addition of vegetable oil. After one party is reddened, pie needs to be turned. Lay out ready pies on a towel, and from above cover with the second that they turned out softer and gentle.
