Pork in orange and garlic sauce

The steak from pork baked in orange and garlic sauce will become a great option for a holiday table. Fans of Asian cuisine will be able to estimate the saturated taste of meat seasoned with juicy sauce.

For preparation of a dish it is required:

- pork (carbonade, brisket or other cutting)

- garlic

- orange

- cilantro

- olive oil

- mustard

- 1 tablespoon of honey

- wine vinegar

- mix of pepper

- salt

To cut meat of pork on steaks 1-1.5 cm thick, to rub with salt, mix of pepper and to postpone for 15 minutes. To squeeze out juice of orange, to add to it one tablespoon of wine vinegar, mustard, honey, and it is good to mix everything. On a bottom of a deep bowl to lay out small chopped cilantro, pork steaks, garlic, to fill in all with the made marinade.

Close a bowl food wrap and leave meat in the fridge for 5-6 hours. During this time pork will manage to become impregnated with marinade, will become juicy and soft.

After to fry steaks on olive oil from each party on five minutes. The frying pan a grill or a wok will be suitable for roasting of steaks. It is dense to cover ready meat with a foil and to allow it to have a rest within 5 minutes.

It is the best of all to serve the dish with vegetables or light salads, as aperitif it is possible to use semi-dry red wine.
