How to make leek in orange sauce

Leek can be used not only as additional ingredient, but also to prepare as an independent dish. For example, in combination with orange sauce it will become original snack or a garnish for meat.

It is required to you

  • - several stalks of leek
  • - white dry wine
  • - 4 small oranges
  • - desi
  • - steaks from foie gras
  • - olive oil
  • - salt
  • - black sprinkling pepper
  • - the Worcester sauce (it is possible to replace with soy)

Instruction

1. Cut leek on small slices and fry on olive oil before formation of a golden crust. During frying pour in 60 ml of white wine to frying pan contents.

2. Squeeze out juice of oranges, and rub a dried peel of one of them on a small grater. Mix ingredients with leek. Salt the turned-out mix and pepper.

3. Also fry steaks from foie gras on olive oil before emergence of a golden crust. Previously grate each steak with salt and a black sprinkling pepper.

4. When giving, steaks from foie gras and leek can be mixed or spread out to a table on different edges of a plate. It is possible to decorate a dish with parsley greens.
