It is required to you

  • - any berries and fruit - 300 grams;
  • - one orange;
  • - mint syrup - 100 milliliters;
  • For sauce:
  • - two oranges;
  • - a refiner syrup, lemon juice, a soy-bean sauce ""Sweet"" from Kikkoman - on 2 tea spoons;
  • - starch - 1 spoon.

Instruction

1. At first prepare for a sorba. For this purpose crush the chosen fruit in the blender. Add fresh orange juice, pour in mint syrup, mix. Pour out the received weight in an ice-cream parlor, prepare half an hour.

2. Make sauce. Remove a dried peel from one orange. Squeeze out juice of two fruits, pour out in a saucepan, add sugar, a half of a dried peel, a soy-bean sauce, lemon juice. Mix, bring to the boil.

3. Uvarivayte sauce before solidification, you can add the starch divorced in orange juice. Mix, take before solidification - sauce is ready!
