  • - 2 cups of butter;
  • - 200 g of a hard cheese;
  • - 400 ml. cream;

  • - nutmeg – to taste.

Instruction

1. Include an oven and let's it get warm up to 180 degrees. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut it circles. Lay out potatoes circles in a form for roasting. Between layers add salt and spices.

2. Pour out cream on the laid potatoes. From above put desi pieces, distributing it on all surface evenly.

3. Grate cheese and strew with it a dish. Leave a part of cheese for a ready-to-eat meal. Remove in a hot oven and cook a dish of 75 minutes.
