Paprika differs in a pleasant flavor not only fresh, but also in tinned. Turning with it turns out bright and very appetizing. Besides, it is perfectly combined with other vegetables that allows to prepare with it for the winter various salads and snack.

Paprika in tomato sauce

For preparation of such snack it is required:

- 5 kg of paprika; - 3 kg of juicy tomatoes;

- 6 tablespoons of sugar; - 1 tablespoon of salt; - 50 ml of vinegar; - black pepper to taste; - 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Wash pepper, scrape seeds and cut large bars. Drench clean tomatoes with boiled water, peel and miss via the meat grinder. Pour tomato juice in a pan, bring to the boil, add to it sugar, salt a black pepper and vegetable oil. 15 minutes later pour in vinegar and put paprika. You extinguish everything on slow fire of 20 minutes, watching that pepper didn't boil soft. Then pour everything on in advance sterilized banks and roll up. Turn banks, wrap up them with warm fabric and leave before full cooling. Then remove to the dark cool place on storage.

Paprika with garlic

Ingredients: - 2 kg of paprika; - 3 pods of hot pepper; - ½ bunches of parsley; - 10 young leaves of horse-radish; - 7 garlic gloves; - 2 bay leaves; - 1.5 liters of water; - 150 ml of 6% vinegar; - on 30 g of salt and sugar. Wash paprika, scrape seeds and cut on 4 parts. Lower in the boiling water and you cook 3 minutes. After that drench with cold water and densely lay in banks, alternating to pods of hot pepper, horse-radish leaves, parsley, bay leaf and garlic gloves. Boil 1.5 liters of water, add sugar, salt and vinegar. Later a couple of minutes fill in with marinade pepper and roll up.

Snack from paprika and onions

Ingredients: - 15 pieces of paprika of different flowers; - 2-3 large heads of onions; - 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil; - 2 liters of water; - 150 g of sugar; - 50 g of salt; - 150 ml of vinegar; - 2 h spoon of seeds of mustard; - 5 pieces of bay leaf; - 1 h allspice spoon. Carefully wash paprika, clean from a fruit stem and seeds. Cut it lengthways on 2 half, and then cut everyone across. Peel onions and cut with large half rings. Boil water in a pan, put in it sugar, salt, vinegar, allspice and seeds of mustard. Later a couple of minutes add onions and again bring to the boil. Lay out onions and allspice on a bottom of the sterilized cans, from above put bay leaf and stamp paprika. Add equal amount of vegetable oil to each can, fill in all with marinade that it reached banks a neck, and roll up.
