Protein cakes on weight

This recipe is good at the strengthened trainings as having a snack or a breakfast. It can be diversified with various additives which will update taste of cakes.

It is required to you

  • 1 glass of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 measured spoons of a protein
  • 400 g of cottage cheese
  • 1/6 teaspoons of soda
  • 1/5 teaspoons of salt
  • 150 g of a desi

Instruction

1. To pound cottage cheese, a protein, 2 yolks, soda. Add the kindled desi and 2/3 glasses of flour. To mix carefully by means of the mixer.

2. Beat whites with salt in a stable foam, at once to rub into dough. After introduction of proteins it isn't necessary to leave dough, it is better to start pastries at once.

3. Dough has to gain consistence of dense sour cream. If necessary to add a small amount of flour or milk.

4. Lay out dough in a form for cakes (filling half). As a stuffing it is possible to put inside: ½ teaspoons of favourite jam, chocolate piece, peanut paste, fresh berries. Slightly to cover a stuffing with the test.

5. Bake at a temperature of 180 wasps until ready. Check by means of a fork or a toothpick.
