Small baskets from puff pastry with a stuffing quite will be suitable for a tasty breakfast, a lunch and a dinner or a holiday table. They and are called ""Delight"".

It is required to you:

For preparation of puff pastry:

  • wheat flour - 6 articles;
  • margarine - 400 g;
  • water - 1.5 articles;
  • salt - 0.5 tsps;
  • citric acid - 0.5 tsps;
  • dried haricot - for a form.

For preparation of a stuffing:

  • potatoes - 5 pieces;
  • shrimps - 250 g;
  • fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
  • orange - 1 piece.

For ornament:

  • lettuce leaves;
  • greens, olives, olives;
  • pickled vegetables.

The basis of puff small baskets under the name ""Delight"" is a puff pastry. There are various recipes for puff pastry. One of recipes - yeastless puff pastry. We take 6 glasses of flour and we fill them on a clean, dry, kitchen table. The softened cake margarine is cut in cubes and we add to flour. We mix everything hands to homogeneous mass. Then we pour into a small bowl 1.5 glasses water, we add 0.5 teaspoons of salt and as much citric acid. In flour weight we do holes and, pouring in them gradually in waters, kind of we collect by a palm lumps (but not to knead). We do so until water reaches a limit. We collect everything in a uniform lump, we turn in a food polyethylene film and we put in the fridge for the night.

The next stage - preparation of small baskets. We roll dough by means of a rolling pin and we cut on squares, being guided by the mold size. Moisten molds with water, lay out in them squares from the test, and to remove surplus. Cover with paper for pastries and fill dried haricot to give the form.

Warm an oven to 200 degrees and bake puff small baskets of 7 minutes. Allow to cool down, then take out small baskets from molds.

Now we will prepare a stuffing. Boil potatoes in a uniform, clean and cut on small cubes. Shrimps to boil in the added some salt water, to sprinkle lemon juice, to clean and cut.
