Instruction

1. The first that we need to make to bake this pie - to mix dry products: flour, semolina, sugar. Here we add cinnamon, vanillin, baking powder (pie even with it almost doesn't rise therefore I don't see in it need, but in the original recipe it was). Here so unusually our dough looks.

2. Further we grate apples. Ideally they need to be cleaned from a peel, to cut out a core, but I often rub together with a peel - it doesn't affect taste and quality of pie, all peel is well baked thoroughly in an oven. If you love pies more with pleasure, then powder apples with sugar to the taste.

4. Also we begin to spread layers of our pie. The first layer - dry, about 0.5 cm. Then apples - here the layer is more, about 1 cm. And so till the end until at us ingredients reach a limit. Important! We begin with a dry layer and we finish dry too.

5. On the last layer small slices we spread a desi. It is possible to freeze it in the freezer in advance, then to grate and ""strew"" from above with smaller crumb. But slices too very well thaw and give to a pie top the interesting drawing.

6. Further we put our pie in the warmed oven for 40-60 minutes. Be not afraid of high temperature, it is rather juicy pie, it difficult burns, and here the top dry layer has to well пропечься. I choose temperature of 200 degrees. About an hour later, pie looks here so.
