Puffs with carrots, leek and cottage cheese

These puffs will be pleasant even to those who not really love cottage cheese or carrots. Besides, they are useful. And it isn't difficult to cook them at all.

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • 250 g of flour
  • 1 vitellus
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • Salt
  • Warm water
  • For a stuffing:
  • 3 stalks of leek
  • 1 big or 2 small carrots
  • 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese
  • Fresh greens of parsley
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg
  • 1 vitellus
  • Sesame seeds
  • It is a little butter or margarine


1. We mix flour, a vitellus, oil, salt and water and we knead dough. We let stand to it in the warm place not less than 1 hour. Then we roll dough with thin layer on a surface, the sprinkled flour. We cut it on 12 equal squares.

2. We do a stuffing. We wash and clean leek and it is small cut its leaves. We clean carrots and we grate. We fry carrots and onions on a small amount of a desi. We fill with grated nutmeg, salt and pepper. We add cottage cheese and small cut parsley and we remove from fire. We cool.

3. We display a stuffing on squares from the test. We bend corners of squares in core and we connect. We smear puffs with a vitellus and we strew with sesame seeds. We warm an oven and we bake puffs at a temperature of 175 degrees till golden color. It is possible to give with any vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
