  • - 350 g of flour;
  • - 150 g of honey;
  • - 120 g of a desi;
  • - 80 g of dried raspberry;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 h baking powder spoon.

Instruction

1. Crush dried raspberry in the blender, shift it in a plate, fill in with liquid honey. Carefully mix. Instead of raspberry you can use any other dried berries, next time can safely make cranberry, blackberry gingerbreads or currant - your members of household will be delighted with such rich variety!

2. Sift flour together with baking powder for the test, add the softened desi, grind. Add raspberry with honey, hammer one crude egg. From these components knead dough for gingerbreads.

3.
