It is required to you
- 1 kilogram of rye crackers, 8 liters of water, 25 grams of yeast, 300 grams of sugar, 50 grams of raisin.
Instruction
1. Slice a rye bread and dry in an oven to a ruddy crust.
2. Put crackers in a pan, fill in with boiled water, close and let's infuse 3-4 hours.
3. Filter infusion, add yeast and sugar, cover with a napkin and leave to wander 5-6 hours.
4. Once again filter, pour on banks. Add to each can on several highlights.
5. Close banks polyethylene covers, put in the fridge and leave for three days. Tasty home-made kvass is ready!
