It is required to you

  • 3 thin lavashes;
  • 1 bank of tinned fish;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 200 g of a hard cheese;
  • 300 g of mayonnaise;
  • small bunch of greens of fennel.

Instruction

1. First of all you should prepare eggs. They need to be lowered in a saucepan with water and to put to cook on the heated plate. In order that eggs were hard-boiled, it is necessary that they boiled within 8–10 minutes. Then they are taken out from a saucepan and lowered in the container with cold water. As soon as eggs cool down, from them it is necessary to remove a shell and to rub on a grater.

2. Open canned fishes and try to remove practically all liquid. Then it should be crushed, having used a simple fork. At the same time it is necessary that pieces were small. Cheese should be crushed also, having used a large grater.

3. In rather deep cup it is necessary to lay out necessary amount of mayonnaise (it is possible to use both purchased, and house). Then you should wash out properly fennel, to wait water will flow down so far and small to cut with a sharp knife it. Carefully mix mayonnaise and fennel.

4. On a table spread out 1 lavash. Its surface should be covered with the uniform layer of sauce prepared from fennel and mayonnaise (at the same time to use the third part of sauce).
