Semolina is a wheat groats of a rough grinding. Diameter of particles grains usually is 0.25-0.75 mm. From it cook semolina porridge, trickled pastries, casseroles, cakes, dumplings, semolina pies and other dishes. Semolina is used less often at preparation of salads and soups.

Many in the childhood forced to eat a portion of semolina porridge for breakfast, therefore, from this leaves that semolina is useful. But at the same time there are contraindications to its application.

Advantage of semolina
