Rejuvenating salads

Not only apples are rejuvenating – scientists established that there are very many products capable to rejuvenate and revitalize our organism. Treat them: celery, salad, Beijing cabbage, pumpkin, tomatoes, eggplants, garlic, paprika, sea cabbage, grapefruits, lemons, pineapples, strawberry, blackcurrant, dried fruits, pine nuts, sea-buckthorn and linseed oil, honey and many others. And at the correct combination of these products in salads, effect of useful substances can be strengthened many times over! So, we do salads.

Instruction

1. Small to cut, fill in a small red bulb with juice of a half of a lemon and to allow to be kept waiting; to clean a half of grapefruit from films, to cut across segments on 4 parts; cut paprika into cubes; grate carrots; mix all ingredients, having added honey to taste.

2. Prepare a sea cabbage: wet a dehydrated sea cabbage for the night in water at the rate of 8 parts of water on 1 part of cabbage; then to drain water, cabbage carefully to wash out and boil within 20 minutes. Wash up, boil beet until ready, clean and cut with straws. Mix a sea cabbage and beet, to fill to taste with lemon juice, sea salt and olive oil.

3. Grate apple, carrots and a piece of pumpkin, fennel and parsley small to cut. To mix everything, to fill salad with pomegranate juice, honey, olive oil, it is possible to add a pinch of ground cinnamon.

4. Cut a green salad or the Beijing cabbage; cut a garden radish with thin circles, to grate a celery; to crush fennel and parsley. To mix everything, to fill with sauce from low-fat yogurt and a small amount of grated horse-radish.

5. It is thin to cut and boil fresh champignons within 20 minutes, to cast away on a colander. Cut with half rings a small red bulb. Open a jar of green peas and merge liquid. Mix champignons, onions and peas. To carefully pound olive oil, lemon juice and a little prepared sweet mustard, to fill salad with the turned-out sauce.

6. Boil shrimps and clean (or to defreeze the frozen cleaned). Cut paprika with straws; prepare arugula or a garden cress. To mix everything, to fill with olive oil and a soy-bean sauce, to strew from above with pine nuts.
