It is required to you

  • - Cottage cheese - 200 grams. Fat content can be any, at your choice.
  • - Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons. That who cares for the figure, we recommend 1-2 tablets of sweetener.
  • - Semolina - 3 tablespoons.
  • - Egg - 2 pieces.
  • - Soda or baking powder - on a knife tip.
  • - Vanillin - a pinch.
  • - Salt - a pinch.
  • - Lemon juice - 3-5 drops.
  • - Additives on your discretion: the crushed prunes or dried apricots, raisin, candied fruits, nuts, poppy, cinnamon, cocoa, grated chocolate.

Instruction

1. Mix cottage cheese and eggs the blender or a fork. Add sugar/sweetener, semolina, salt

2. Add sugar, semolina, salt, soda or a ryzrykhlitel, vanillin and lemon juice (it is possible to do also without them!).

3. Carefully mix everything. At the last minute it is possible to add any ingredient on your discretion: raisin or candied fruits, the crushed prunes or dried apricots, fresh fruit, berries, the crushed nuts, cocoa or grated chocolate, poppy, coconut flakes or a bird cherry.

4. Lay out mix a spoon in silicone molds. As weight in the microwave oven rises, molds need to be filled on a half, it is no more than on 2/3!

5. Put forms in the microwave on the maximum power (700-800W) for 3 minutes. Leave, without opening a door, ""have a rest"" within 2 minutes and again turn on the furnace for 90 seconds.
