Sevich is a seafood or fish salad. The homeland of a dish is Peru, but it became widespread in many other kitchens of the Latin American countries though sometimes significantly differ. We suggest you seafood to replace with baked beef. Surely add sugar as it softens a strong taste of vinegar to salad.

It is required to you

  • - 200 g of baked beef;
  • - 50 ml of wine vinegar;
  • - 50 g of parmesan;
  • - 1 bulb, 1 carrot;
  • - 3 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • - 2 large inflorescences of a cauliflower;
  • - 5 champignons;
  • - parsley bunch, flakes of Chile, salt, sugar.


1. Wash out vegetables, dry. Clean onions, carrot and champignons. Cut on thin slices, onions - half rings.

2. Fill in the cut vegetables with lemon juice, wine vinegar, add sugar, salt, flakes of Chile (for fans of sharp). Close ware a cover, few times stir up.

3. Leave vegetables - let are pickled. Mushrooms have to darken and become soft.

4. Bake meat in an oven in a foil in advance. Cut meat with thin slices, lay out on a dish bottom. Add fresh greens to vegetables, fill with vegetable oil, mix, lay out over beef.
