  • – young squash (3-6 pieces);
  • – olive oil (30 ml);
  • – basil (7 g);
  • – fennel to taste;
  • – dry white wine (15 ml);
  • – soy-bean sauce (10 ml);
  • – garlic to taste;
  • – salt;
  • – bell pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Carefully to wash out squash. Remove visible damages on a thin skin with a knife. Cut off at vegetable a fruit stem on the one hand. Cut a squash on rings which thickness has to be no more than 2-3 cm.

2. Previously prepare marinade. For this purpose take a bowl, pour olive oil, add a soy-bean sauce. Carefully mix that oil and sauce gained uniform consistence.
