Sometimes there is a wish to please children tasty and pastries. Especially pleasantly to kids when these pastries look interestingly and beautifully.

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - 1 glass of water;
  • - 125 g of margarine;
  • - 1 glass of wheat flour;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder;
  • For cream:
  • - 500 ml of milk;
  • - 3 vitelluses;
  • - 150 g of sugar (3/4 glasses);
  • - 3 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 3 tablespoons of corn starch;
  • - 1-2 tablespoons of liqueur;
  • - 300 g of a desi;

Instruction

1. Heat water, add margarine, bring water to the boil. Add flour and constantly stirring slowly, cook on slow fire until mix becomes smooth and glossy. Then to remove from fire, to cool. To add to the cooled-down mix gradually some egg continuously stirring slowly. Pound dough to smoothness. Lay a baking tray parchment paper, squeeze out of a pastry bag dough in the form of an oblong trunk about 7 cm in size and a curved neck of a swan (on 12 pieces) and up to two wings on each bird. Bake in previously heated oven within 20 minutes at a temperature about 210-220 °C of degrees. Necks of swans can quicker rouge therefore they can be taken out earlier, and in 5 minutes - both trunks and wings.

2. Prepare cream. Heat one glass of milk, dissolve in it sugar. In a separate bowl to mix 1 glass of milk with vitelluses and flour, starch, to heat, stirring slowly, to weld a dense pudding. Allow to cool down. To hammer a desi into cream, to add liqueur. It is good to mix mix before formation of homogeneous mass.

3. In a trunk in the top part to make two cuts into which wings will be implanted. From a pastry bag to apply cream on a trunk to attach a neck and wings. Strew with icing sugar.
