It is required to you

  • - 300 grams of forcemeat;
  • - 100 grams of boiled beet;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - 100 grams of onions;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
  • - pepper and salt.

Instruction

1. Take onions, clean it and cut as it is possible more small, fry onions on the vegetable oil warmed in a frying pan before acquisition of golden color. On it from 3 to 5 minutes can leave.

2. Take beet, wash up, put in a pan with water and you cook about 50-60 minutes.
