  • - forcemeat of 500 g;
  • - paprika of 1 piece;
  • - onion of 2 pieces;
  • - cabbage of the Beijing 200 g;
  • - carrots of 2 pieces;
  • - cherry tomatoes of 800 g;
  • - garlic of 5 segments;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - hard cheese of 100 g;
  • - chopped greens;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. Wash up eggplants, dry, cut a fan, that is lengthways, without cutting up to the end on the one hand. Peel onions and carrots, wash up, cut straws. Wash up the Beijing cabbage, cut small straws. Also wash up paprika, remove sunflower seeds and a fruit stem, cut straws.
