The Indian dish - ""Tanduri Chicken"

You didn't eat the real chicken if you never enjoyed taste of Tanduri chicken.

It is required to you

  • - Chicken quarter — 4 pieces.
  • - Yogurt liquid — 1/2 St.
  • - Ginger (polished) — 1 tablespoon.
  • - Garlic (polished) — 1 tablespoon.
  • - Lemon juice — 250 ml
  • - Salt (small) — 1 tablespoon.
  • Spices:
  • - A coriander - 1 tablespoon.
  • - Chili pepper - 1 tablespoon.
  • - Paprika - 2 tablespoons.
  • - A black pepper - 1 tablespoon.
  • - Cumin - 1 tablespoon.
  • - Dried greens - 1 tablespoon.
  • - A turmeric - 1 tablespoon.

Instruction

1. Cut off from chickens thighs, remove from it a skin and make a set of any cuts. Connect in a saucer salt, paprika and pepper on a teaspoon. It is diligent to mix.

2. Rub the received mix in the made cuts on thighs. Water them with a half of juice of a lemon.

3. Make a brine. Pour in half a glass of yogurt and the remained lemon juice in a pan. Lay there garlic, ginger and salt on one tablespoon. Attach to the received mass of spice.

4. Carefully to mix everything. To properly grease chicken thighs and to remove for 24 hours in the fridge.

5. Heat an oven to 220 degrees. Lay out the pickled thighs on a lattice and prepare them 40 minutes. Chicken is ready.
