  • - 2 glasses of oat flakes
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 3-5 tablespoons of sugar

Instruction

1. At the beginning of preparation it is accurate to separate yolks from protein. Put protein in the fridge for cooling for 5-10 minutes. Place yolks in a cup.

2. We will divide oat flakes into two portions. One portion needs to be ground in flour the blender or to crush a rolling pin. It will allow oat weight to become more homogeneous, then will easier form cookies in the necessary form. For this purpose we will fill flakes in a polyethylene sack and we will roll several times a rolling pin before receiving large flour. After that we connect both portions of flakes together and we mix.

3. We add a yolk to oat mix and again we mix.

4. We add sugar to the cooled protein, we shake up in light foam and we add the received proteinaceous weight to oat mix. We mix everything.

5. On a baking tray we spread parchment paper or a foil. We form small flat cakes and it is accurately stacked on a baking tray.

6. Bake in an oven at a temperature of 180-200 °C within 20-30 minutes.
