The stuffed onions – great snack to any products. It can be given to meat, fish and even vegetables. And experimenting with a stuffing, it is possible even to make it an independent dish which isn't a shame for giving to the most exacting gourmet.

It is required to you

  • - onions – 8-10 pieces;
  • - potatoes – 2-3 pieces;
  • - mushrooms – 300 g;
  • - egg – 1 piece;
  • - sour cream – 100 g;
  • - cheese – 50 g;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - fat;
  • - melted butter;
  • - salt, pepper and greens to taste

Instruction

1. Clean, wash, cut off large onions on one third from backs and sort on three layers (cup). Small to cut mushrooms. If they dry, at first to soak and boil. Then to fry with cores from onions, the cut small cubes.

2. Boil, knead, connect potatoes to onions, mushrooms, to pepper, salt, add small cut greens and carefully to mix everything. Pour in the shaken-up crude egg and to mix once again. Then to fill the onions cup received by weight. A stuffing has to be so much that it formed a hat on onions. Grease a frying pan with fat, lay the stuffed onions, water each bulb with melted butter and put in an oven for 20-30 minutes.

3. On vegetable oil to roast onions, the cut thin straws, to add flour, to fry and pour in boiled water (hot mushroom broth).
