The trout stuffed with vegetables – a tasty and refined dish which will be suitable not only for the daily menu, but also for an invited dinner. It is rather simple to prepare this dish, and the trout turns out tasty and fragrant.

It is required to you

  • - Tarhun fresh (three branches);
  • - trout large (one piece);
  • - olive oil;
  • - onions large (one head);
  • - bay leaf and salt;
  • - sprinkling black pepper and peas;
  • - tomatoes large (two pieces).

Instruction

1. Clean carefully a trout carcass, cut a paunch lengthways, draw, then wash out. At fish leave the head untouched. Rub fish with salt from within and outside.

2. Clean a bulb, wash out tomatoes and cut their circles of the average sizes. Enclose bay leaf, bell pepper and branches of Tarhun in a paunch of a trout. There put the cut tomatoes and onions.

3. On a land surface spread enough a food foil, put its once and put on it the filled trout. Sprinkle fish olive oil, strew with ground pepper. Carefully inwrap edges of a foil and put fish with a vegetable stuffing for about forty minutes in well warmed oven.
