It is required to you

  • - 2 kg of tomatoes;
  • - 3 pieces of horse-radish;
  • - 1 bunch of a celery;
  • - 1 red hot pepper;
  • - 5 garlic gloves;
  • - paprika half;
  • - 3 branches of fresh fennel.
  • For a brine:
  • - 10 l of water;
  • - 2 glasses of sugar;
  • - 2 glasses of mustard powder;
  • - 1 1/2 glasses of salt.

Instruction

1. Take a 3-liter jar, put in it ripe tomatoes, alternating to fresh greens. Garlic and a little bitter siliculose and paprika is better to take a celery, fennel, horse-radish leaves, a horse-radish root (to chop small). Laying of tomatoes has to be leaky taking into account fermentation. Thus fill several full jars.

2. Prepare a brine for tomatoes. In a small amount of water dissolve good dry mustard, sugar and salt. Then add 10 liters of water to this mix. Carefully mix.

3. Fill in with a brine tomatoes, close banks covers, remove to the dark dry place. Tomatoes for the winter are ready.
