We prepare squash with meat in batter

During a season of abundance of vegetables of a dish from squash hold a specific place. They are extinguished, fried, salted, pickled. Use for preparation of pastries and salads. Squash with meat in batter - a special dish, it rather nourishing, useful and tasty.

It is required to you

  • - a squash young — 2-3 pieces;
  • - meat — 300 g;
  • - onion — 1 piece;
  • - premium bread — 1-2 slices;
  • - egg — 1 piece;
  • - salt and pepper — to taste.
  • For batter:
  • - white flour — 2 tablespoons;
  • - egg — 1-2 pieces;
  • - milk — 3 tsps;
  • - salt and pepper - to taste.

Instruction

1. Wash squash in warm water with a brush. Cut vegetables on circles. Width of a cut shouldn't be thicker than two centimeters. If squash have a rigid thin skin, cut off it. Remove cores from each circle. If desired use them for preparation of forcemeat.

2. Meat as a stuffing for squash use any which is pleasant to you more. It is possible to cook from pork, beef, meat of hens, etc. Make forcemeat from meat, having scrolled it via the meat grinder or by means of the blender. Together with meat turn the bread soaked in milk or water.

3. Add small cut onions, mix. Add salt and pepper to own taste. Wash egg, break it in forcemeat, carefully hammer it into meat weight. For giving to forcemeat of a uniform piece beat off it. In the presence of time leave ready forcemeat for maturing for 30-40 minutes in cold.

4. Make batter for squash. Break egg in a bowl, shake up a fork. Pour in milk in eggs and fill salt with pepper, mix. Fill empty cores of squash with mincemeat. Omit each preparation in flour, then in batter.

5. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil in advance. Spread the prepared products for roasting. Prepare from two parties, there will be no beautiful crust yet. That meat managed to be fried thoroughly while squash get a ruddy crust, support average heating of a frying pan.

6. Check readiness of a core in squash. If necessary finish squash with meat until ready. Put all fried pieces in a frying pan, you potomit several minutes on weak fire, having covered a ware cover.
