If you love stewed squash, you are simply obliged to try to prepare them in the multicooker. The dish will turn out gentle and juicy and if to add chicken and sour cream – that will be delightful at all. We will understand as squash in the multicooker are prepared, and as meat we use pork cubes.

It is required to you

  • bay leaf – 1 piece;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • tomato paste – 1 tablespoon;
  • tomato – 2 pieces;
  • squash or zucchini – 2 pieces;
  • carrots – 1 piece;
  • bulb – 1 piece;
  • pepper and salt – to taste;
  • flour – 2 tablespoons;
  • pork – 500 g;
  • desi – 2 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. To prepare squash in the multicooker, cut pork, season with pepper and salt, and then roll in in flour. Wash and small cut onions.

2. Add a desi to a multicooker bowl, choose the Pastries mode. Kindle oil and then fill up the cut pork pieces. Fry within 7 minutes without closing a cover, further add onions and fry 5 more minutes. Properly mix.

3. Cut squash, tomatoes and carrots. Add tomato paste and vegetables to a bowl. Cut garlic and throw it to other ingredients together with bay leaf. Also you can make squash in the multicooker more tasty, having filled up the favourite seasonings or a cube.

4. Put the Suppression mode on the multicooker. Expose time – 1 hour. Later the allowed time the squash in the multicooker will be ready and them it is possible, having slightly cooled, to give on a table as an independent dish.
