Cakes, perhaps, the simplest dessert for preparation. It is the simple recipe with plain ingredients which are in each house. It is possible to please with these various stuffings house though every day, to surprise guests during invited dinners and to perfect the culinary skill.

The recipe for baking of cakes:

  • 5 glasses of flour (it is desirable to sift);
  • glass of sugar (to taste, is possible less);
  • (To kindle) 150 g of a desi;
  • teaspoon of soda, extinguished vinegar (surely!);
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 3 eggs;
  • salt pinch;
  • vanillin bag (it is possible to exclude less or in general).

Dough has to be as dense sour cream. Bake in the oven warmed up to 150 degrees about 20 minutes. It will be ready when piercing by a toothpick dough doesn't remain. Cakes have to be soft, not golden.

1. Raisin. It is the most popular and classical ingredient. Don't forget to wet previously berries in hot water. It is necessary that they softened and inflated. Then it will be very tasty.
