Veal in a pot – a dish widespread. Its preparation has a set of variations. It is possible to bake clean meat, but according to this recipe meat with potatoes very tasty turns out.

It is required to you

  • - 800 g of veal;
  • - 500 g of potatoes;
  • - 2 average bulbs;
  • - 50 g of a desi;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Wash out veal, dry up, divide into average pieces. Then put on the warmed frying pan with vegetable oil and fry to a brown crust (don't close a cover at all, meat has to be fried, but not be extinguished).

2. Get crisp meat from a frying pan, and add couple of spoons of meat soup, wine or just waters to it. Bring liquid to the boil, let's be boiled thoroughly a little, salt if there is a need.

3. Cut potatoes small into cubes and lay on a pot bottom. Densely lay the fried meat on potatoes. Each pot has to be filled practically to edge.

4. Cut onions on small cubes and fry to semi-readiness. Then lay out onions on meat, add a desi and fill in with the boiled thoroughly broth from a frying pan.

5. Veal in a pot is cooked about an hour, in an oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. Give to a table both in a pot, and on the general dish.
