It is required to you

  • - 400 g of broccoli;
  • - 150 g of cherry tomatoes;
  • - 200 g of carrots;
  • - 150 g of cucumbers;
  • - 100 g of stalks of a celery;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - fennel.

Instruction

1. Wash out and boil broccoli in the added some salt water of 5-7 minutes.

2. Drain water, broccoli to allow to cool down and sort on inflorescences on small branches.

3. Boil a half of carrots. To cut boiled carrots, tomatoes, a celery, cucumbers with straws.

4. Cut cherry tomatoes on 4 parts. To grate the second half of crude carrots.

5. Put vegetables in a salad bowl, mix, fill with oil, add some salt, decorate with branches of fennel and a tax on a table.
