Cream from amasi

This cream with a light orange flavor can be given after a lunch or for an afternoon snack. It is required to you:

- 0.5 l of amasi; - 1 glass of sour cream;

- 0.75 glasses of sugar; - 1 h gelatin spoon; - 1 orange. From orange cut off a dried peel, thinly cut pulp circles, having removed seeds. In a bowl well mix amasi and sour cream. Pour sugar, add thinly cut orange dried peel and the gelatin dissolved in half of glass of water. Put a bowl in a basin with ice and shake up before solidification. Spread out cream on vases, from above put on a thin circle of orange, strew with icing sugar and put in the fridge for 2 hours.

From amasi it is possible to make gentle cottage cheese which turns out much more tasty, than purchased. If milk only began to turn sour, accelerate process, having added to it couple of spoons of kefir or sour cream. Let's milk turn into curdled milk and start preparation of cottage cheese. In the enameled pan pour curdled milk and put it on a plate. Heat on weak fire until contents of a pan begin to be stratified on cottage cheese and serum. Don't heat mix too strongly and at all don't allow it to begin to boil. You don't cook cottage cheese long, otherwise it will become dry and rigid. Filter pan contents through the gauze laid in a colander. Tie cottage cheese in a gauze and suspend a small knot over a sink that excess liquid flew down. In 5-8 hours the product will be ready. Give it with sour cream, jam, honey or fresh berries.

Don't pour out the serum formed when cooking cottage cheese - it is useful for doughing or dietetic beverages.

Cheese pie

On the basis of amasi it is possible to make dough for fast pie. As a stuffing use brynza or the added some salt cottage cheese with greens. It is required to you: - 4 eggs; - 0.5 l of amasi; - salt pinch; - 1 h soda spoon; - 2 tablespoons of sugar; - 1 h spoon of lemon juice; - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil; - 2 glasses of wheat flour; - 300 g of brynza.

According to this recipe it is possible to make pies with any stuffings including sweet.

Shake up eggs with sugar, add salt and amasi. Mix everything to uniformity and in the portions pour previously sifted flour. Add vegetable oil and soda, extinguished lemon juice. Dough has to turn out semi-fluid. Oil round shape and pour out in it dough. On a surface spread out pieces of brynza and put a form in the oven warmed up to 180 wasps. Bake before emergence of a ruddy crust, serve pie warm or cold.
