Useful fats exist - it is a fact in evidence. Only in what products they should be looked for to keep and prolong health, beauty, youth?

For a long time inspired in us that the main key to loss of weight is the fat-free diet. And any fat product was considered as the sworn enemy. But there occurred enlightenment, and we understood that not all fats force to gain weight. 

There are 4 types of fats: saturated, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and trans-fats. The last have no relation to advantage. All processed products support them, and it is worth steering clear of them. 

Saturated fats are harmful not so strongly, they contain in meat, cheeses, egg. Coconut oil is an exception of this list because of contents in it lauric acid. 

And here monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are quite another matter. They reduce risk of vascular heart diseases, lower cholesterol level in blood and even control weight. These useful fats contain in avocado, nuts, olive and rape oils, in a seed of a flax and a fatty fish.

Almond paste, for myusly and yogurt - walnuts very much will be suitable for a morning toast, usual flour for pastries should be replaced with almond, and the best having a snack in a working break will become paste from cashew with apple segments. You shouldn't be afraid to fill generously with olive oil avocado salad, and in the daily menu surely there has to be a fatty fish.

It is always worth remembering that ""bad"" fats provoke cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, can even cause cancer. And here useful fats, will prevent serious diseases and will help to keep beauty and health.
