For the European the Japanese cuisine is generally sushi. The main component courses are seafood and rice. Despite a huge number of admirers worldwide very few people know, in what distinction of sushi and rolls.

Rolls represent a kind of sushi. The difference between them consists in a way of preparation and a form of a ready-to-eat meal. Rolls are kind of tiny rolls, and sushi – lumps of the pressed rice which are covered with slices of fish or shrimp and are tied up by a tape from a noriya. Chirashi-sushi (separate) – the look, the most widespread in Japan. Rice is displayed on small containers, add any combination of vegetables and seafood.

Oshi-sushi (pressed) are prepared so. The marinated or undergone thermal treatment fish keeps within on a bottom of a small container. It is filled to the brim with rice, and from above on it arrange oppression. Preparation is taken out after a while, overturned fish up and cut on pieces.

Mixed it is possible to call any sushi which don't approach under one category described above. These are, for example, fukuza-sushi – thin omelet cut on squares and inwrap in it rice.
